Transformation as a response to an external shock: Covid as a case example

This working paper is a compilation of abstracts and papers contributed by SCORAI researchers and practitioners which relate to understanding the impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic on consumption and lifestyles. Most of the papers were prepared by members of the SCORAI Working Group on Trans Covid which met during and following the pandemic 2020-2023. Others were prepared by researchers within the SCORAI network. Most of the papers were presented at the SCORAI-ERSCP Conference in Wageningen, 2023.
