Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith is a researcher, editor and writer based in the north of Spain. He holds a PhD in Geography and Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews, and was previously a postdoctoral researcher at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich and Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
He is also a member of the Community Economies Insitute and is particularly interested in ideas of postgrowth, community economies and sufficiency.
His work with SCORAI includes editing the bimonthly SCORAI-Global Newsletter and editing the SCORAI/Hot or Cool Institute Vocabulary for Sustainable Consumption and Lifestyles.
